TR Central Processing Specialist - 138143 Clearwater: BayCare Sys Office West | Business and Administrative | Full Time Description About the role: This role is a key part of the Team Resources Central Processing (TRCP) team, responsible for accurately processing a wide range of HRIS system actions and maintaining team member data. The position involves reviewing and approving actions, auditing data for compliance (e.g., licensure verification), generating reports, and ensuring the integrity of system information. Your role within the team: Review incoming action requests for correctness; follow up with internal customers or appropriate Team Resources (TR) departments as needed. Process HRIS system actions related to team member records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate closely with areas such as Talent Acquisition, Team Member Relations, Compensation, and other TR functions to support operational needs. Conduct data audits and generate reports to maintain system compliance and data integrity. Work independently and within the team to manage day-to-day processing tasks efficiently. Seek guidance from the Senior TRCP Specialist or Manager for complex or unclear situations. Qualifications: 1 year of Human Resources experience; or High School Diploma Preferred: Bachelors degree in related field Location: Clearwater, FL Status: Fulltime, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 7:30am4:00pm Shift: Shift 1 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work: No On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
