Radiation Oncology Physician When you join us, you'll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of "helping people live the healthiest lives possible." About this role: As a Radiation Oncology Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will develop personalized treatment plans, determine appropriate radiation doses, oversee the treatment process, and manage potential side effects. Four clinic days per week and low burden call structure You will practice at our Intermountain Health: St. Joseph Hospital and/or Good Samaritan Hospital You would be joining a well-respected, established group of Oncology providers. You will provide Oncology care as part of a regional practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff. What we provide: Competitive Compensation: $570,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive. $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable) EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide). Good Samaritan and Saint Joseph Hospital use Varian hardware and software for treatment planning and delivery. Each site has a fully outfitted TrueBeam with SD MLC and an Edge with HD MLC. VisionRT adds advanced SGRT functionality to all linacs, with plans to add HyperSite and/or Rapid Arc Dynamic at both sites in the next five years. Eclipse is fully featured with HyperArc, MCO, and RapidPlan, and Radformation's full suite of software is available for treatment planning. Our centralized Physics and Dosimetry teams are ready to support a wide range of special procedures, including linac-based single isocenter multi-target SRS, SBRT to all sites, real-time fiducial tracking, and gated breath hold treatment delivery. Saint Joseph hospital boasts a world-class brachytherapy/OR suite with anesthesia capabilities, serviced by a Varian Bravos afterloader with established programs for intracavitary and interstitial HDR procedures. Residency or Fellowship trained in Radiation Oncology. Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline. Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one. Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process. Radiation Oncology experience. Passion for Radiation Oncology.
