Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Sirius Staffing is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to work a contract opportunity in Spring, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the welcoming face of the office. Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 hours per week (primarily afternoons, occasional mornings as needed) Key Responsibilities: Welcome and register visitors; direct them to appropriate personnel Coordinate and manage meetings and events for various business lines Assist the Real Estate & Properties Manager initiatives Purchase office and kitchen supplies through Ariba and maintain kitchen inventory Oversee office maintenance and submit service requests through property management systems Support new employee onboarding, including coordination with HR and assisting with training/orientation Coordinate Houston-area functions and events Support site-specific ESHQ communications and office safety protocols under site representative direction Assist with audits and coordinate monthly safety meeting presentations Maintain safety logs, CPR/AED training records, inspections, and emergency contact lists Maintain and update OnSolve phone lists and send alerts as needed Perform clerical duties including mail distribution, responding to email inquiries, preparing correspondence and presentations, maintaining daily hub logs, generating attendance reports, and shipping items Support trade show preparations and coordinate office media displays Provide Sales and Supply Chain support including: Creating truckload mixes to meet specifications Reconciling inventory between tracking systems and SAP Managing monthly forecasts Creating stock transfer purchase orders in SAP Maintaining inventory tracking workbooks Qualifications: Previous administrative, receptionist, or office coordination experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with SAP and Ariba preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
