Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and budgets. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions and trends. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Provide support during contract negotiations and assist with value engineering efforts. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and address potential cost-saving opportunities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the property and construction industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
