Recruiting Assistant Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join one of its U.S. offices. The Recruiting Assistant will work closely with the Recruiting Manager and other Recruiting Team members to execute the Firm's summer associate and entry-level recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings using Outlook and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Create, maintain, and update candidate records within the ATS to ensure accurate and timely data. Manage relationships with external search firms, including tracking agreements, communications, and performance. Collect, track, and analyze recruiting metrics to support reporting, forecasting, and process improvement. Support the recruiting team by executing ad hoc projects and assisting with operational needs as they arise. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent education and experience will be considered. Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform all responsibilities with accuracy and consistency. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high standard of attendance. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive Firm information with discretion. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compensation: The national estimated salary range for this role is $37,300-$56,200. Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
