Administrative Assistant (Construction) LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well established Construction company with an office in Downtown Phoenix. This organization is in search of an administrative assistant to support this location. The hourly rate is between $25/hr-$27/hr. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured environment, works well independently, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to office leadership and project staff Provide project support to engineers and project managers as necessary. This can include estimates, job costing, budgeting and purchasing Answer and route phone calls; greet visitors as needed Maintain files, records, and documentation (both digital and paper) Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, expense tracking, and vendor support Order office supplies and manage routine office needs Support scheduling, calendars, and internal coordination Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Construction industry experience is required Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Some accounting or bookkeeping experience is highly preferred Construction or related industry experience is a plus, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a quiet, professional office environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
