Job Description Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards. Project types will include a variety of commercial, education, health care, amusement/recreation, technology Manage project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum. Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to ensure accurate scope and cost alignment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on-site. Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented project culture. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field +/- 5-10 years of industry experience General Contracting background Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
