Finance Manager/ Senior Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Finance Manager/ Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $140,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives. Monitor and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Implement cost-saving initiatives and track their effectiveness. Support long-term strategic planning and decision-making processes. Evaluate investment opportunities and perform financial due diligence. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in FP&A in construction or a related industry preferred. Experience in a company involved in a private equity transaction is highly beneficial. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
