Known for delivering unparalleled dining experiences, this hospitality company is seeking a highly motivated VP of Operations to oversee and elevate the operations of a portfolio that includes luxury dining venues with a focus on service excellence, culinary innovation, and guest satisfaction. Position Overview The VP of Operations will lead the strategic planning, management, and execution of all operations across the company's high-end restaurant portfolio. This role demands a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a strong grasp of operational efficiencies, luxury service standards, and the ability to implement innovative solutions to drive exceptional guest experiences. The VP will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to ensure operational excellence and long-term growth. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Oversee daily operations of luxury dining venues, ensuring flawless service and an unmatched guest experience. Develop and implement comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of restaurant operations, including service delivery, health and safety compliance, and guest satisfaction. Monitor and manage budgets, cost controls, inventory, and profit margins to achieve and exceed financial goals. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations applicable to fine dining operations. Operational Excellence Introduce and manage innovative tools and systems to optimize workflows, including inventory management, reservations, and guest engagement platforms. Leverage data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Oversee the implementation of training programs to maintain high service standards, consistency, and compliance across all venues. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent across all levels, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Provide leadership and guidance to managers and staff, empowering them to meet and exceed operational goals. Encourage collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and alignment with brand values. Strategic Growth Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to define and execute strategies for growth, including the development of new restaurant concepts and the expansion of existing operations. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and maintain the company's competitive edge. Lead the opening of new high-end restaurant locations, ensuring all venues meet brand standards and operational excellence.
