Compensation / Shift/ Benefits of Mechanical Engineer $70,000-$85,000 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision , 401(k), PTO Responsibilities of Mechanical Engineer Analyze equipment downtime to improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Apply technical knowledge to innovate, design and develop equipment, fixturing, procedures, processes, tooling, and/or automation. Conduct equipment/process audits and lead necessary improvement efforts. Responsible for KPI and manufacturing process flow improvements. Trains and/or provides work direction to engineering technicians, maintenance associates, manufacturing engineers, and manufacturing personnel. Utilize Design of Experiments and process analysis to ensure smooth transition from pre-production to production. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Requirements of Mechanical Engineer Mechanical Engineering Degree 2-5 years experience as an engineer in a manufacturing facility, preferred Strong knowledge of current use and leading-edge technologies, material processing, tooling and part fabrication.
