You'll be the backbone of field execution, leading high-performing teams, aligning systems, and driving results. What You'll Own Field Operations Leadership: Lead the day-to-day execution of roofing projects across your district. Ensure safety, quality, and speed in every build. Team Development: Coach and mentor Project Leads and Operations Admins to become elite performers. Build accountability, hustle, and pride into the culture. Project Oversight: Own licensure, permitting, and compliance across your market. Make data-driven decisions to keep every site running on time and on budget. Strategic Execution: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Claims, and Executive Leadership to deliver results that exceed expectations. Subcontractor Relationships: Source, develop, and maintain top-tier crews who reflect Premier's quality standards. What You Bring A seasoned leader with 5+ years in construction, operations, or project management An organizer who thrives on structure, documentation, and proactive problem solving A builder of teams who leads with humility, clarity, and consistency A decision-maker who moves fast, adapts quickly, and owns results A communicator who brings clarity to chaos, and accountability to the field A GC license holder (a huge plus) with confidence in permits, inspections, and compliance Fluent in Spanish?
