Required Skills: Proficiency with Varian Truebeam linear accelerators and Aria version 15 Valid Ohio Radiation Therapist license ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy Credentialing with ACLS and BLS Ability to work full competency on specified equipment Strong understanding of radiation treatment protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Vision RT systems Exposure to diverse patient populations in radiology or cardiology settings Knowledge of current safety standards and radiation regulations Preferred Education and Experience: Certified Radiation Therapist with ARRT credential At least 1 year of practical experience in radiation therapy Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot Varian Truebeam linacs and Aria Other Requirements: Availability to start on 03/23/2026 Ability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, including potential 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks No on-call or weekend duties required Willingness to adhere to dress code of scrubs Must be fully vaccinated or able to adhere to vaccination policies Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate: $75.62 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Dedicated 24/7 team support Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment.
