Truck Driver Home Daily Class C Ryder is hiring a Class C Truck Driver in Tucson, AZ offering weekly pay and a driving career you can feel good about. $800 or more per week - And it gets better Driver Positions Pay Weekly Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour Paid Training Schedule: Monday Friday Start Time: 5:30 am Dispatch Deliver SOLO To: 250 Mile Radius of Tucson Route: Local Home Daily Tractor Type: Stake Truck Trailer Type: 26' Stake truck Equipment: Forklift Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful Freight: Touch Electrical supplies We have all the benefits other carriers do without the wait: Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it) Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided Drivers are the Captain you make safety decisions, and your job is protected 401(k) rollover available now + company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to specific eligibility criteria, including work tenure) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience Pass a Ryder Drug Test Must have verifiable driving experience (must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck): 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years' experience within the last 10 years Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Must have a valid driver's license Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures Responsibilities This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.
