Subcontract Management Senior You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the ATACMS program team. Our team is responsible for performing subcontract management duties to support the development, production, and global sustainment of complex subsystems, components, and hardware. As the Subcontract Management Senior, you will be responsible for leading subcontract management efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration with subcontractors, and driving results to support program objectives. You will play a critical role in the ATACMS program team, overseeing subcontract management activities that span the entire lifecycle of complex subsystems and components. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and administering subcontracts to ensure compliance with program requirements and company policies Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure subcontractor alignment and performance Developing and implementing subcontract management plans, strategies, and procedures to drive program success Analyzing and resolving subcontract-related issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements We're looking for a collaborative and results-driven Subcontract Management Senior to join our team. MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance (not required to start). Experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional teams. Able to lead groups in problem solving. Excellent communications, negotiations, presentation and documentation skills. Desired Skills: P2P, SC Nav, Tableau, and/or SAP experience. TINA Negotiation experience. Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract management. Ability to create and present using Microsoft Office tools. Ability and willingness to travel to supplier facilities to participate in meetings and to resolve subcontract/program issues on-site, as needed.
