Daily Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye exams Perform visual field testing and pre-testing Provide contact lens fittings and prescription dispensing Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and cataracts Collaborate with ophthalmologists on postoperative care Required Skills: Doctor of Optometry degree Experience in eye care and refraction Proficiency in visual field testing and ocular disease management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform patient recall and vision therapy Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Optomap and Optical Coherence Tomography Knowledge of low vision and LASIK procedures Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $60.00 Hourly Maximum Salary: $100.00 Hourly Benefits: Flexible schedules At Main Street Optical, we are committed to providing exceptional eye care services to our community.
