Daily Responsibilities: Conduct quality control inspections on construction sites Create and manage punch out lists for project completion Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications Review and approve submittals and change orders Assist with project closeout and documentation Required Skills: Experience in manufacturing quality control. Knowledge of manufacturing management processes Strong understanding of project closeout procedures Ability to develop scope documents and manage change orders Proficiency in Bluebeam and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experience in Punch Out Lists Knowledge of Project Closeout Salary and Benefits: Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Company Information: General Equipment & Supply is the nation's leader in remanufactured tools and equipment for the industrial construction industry.
