Overview Client is seeking a senior Test Product Owner to define and drive the strategy for a testing campaign supporting hardware-integrated systems. This is a strategic leadership role (not a hands-on/tactical tester). You will own the testing vision, manage and prioritize the backlog, and formally accept delivery based on clear acceptance criteria and definition of done. Core Responsibilities Own the overall test strategy and vision; translate customer needs into clear technical direction Build, manage, and prioritize the team backlog; detail user stories and coordinate dependencies Support Program Increment (PI) and iteration planning; partner across teams to align delivery Define acceptance criteria and a clear definition of done; formally accept/approve features and stories Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement activities (e.g., Inspect & Adapt) Present outcomes internally and externally; communicate complex technical information to varied stakeholders Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies 8+ years of software testing experience for hardware-integrated systems (hardware + software) Proven Product Owner ownership for testing (strategy, backlog, prioritization, acceptance) Strong user story writing/detailing and backlog management skills Experience driving delivery acceptance using acceptance criteria and definition of done bility to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments Medical device industry experience (preferred) Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
