Bilingual Junior Recruiter Diversified Personnel Services (DPS), a division of Opportunities, Inc., is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist. This role is a great fit for someone ready to step off the production floor and use their real-world experience to help others find the right job. Locations: Watertown (Bilingual required) Oconomowoc (Bilingual preferred) What You'll Do: Connect with job seekers daily through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person conversations Interview candidates and guide them through the hiring and onboarding process Make outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates Match candidates to production and manufacturing roles by understanding both the job and the person Provide a positive, supportive experience from first contact through start date Maintain accurate notes and updates in recruiting systems Work closely with the recruiting team to support client hiring needs Who This Role Is Great For: People who understand production or manufacturing work firsthand Individuals with customer service or other people-facing experience Organized, outgoing candidates who are comfortable talking with others throughout the day Motivated individuals interested in building a career in recruiting or staffing What We're Looking For: Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment required Customer service or people-facing experience required Recruiting or sales experience helpful, but not required Valid driver's license required Bilingual skills required for Fort Atkinson Non-bilingual candidates welcome for Oconomowoc Why You'll Like This Role: Opportunity to transition from the production floor into an office-based role Use your firsthand experience to help others find employment Hourly pay plus monthly and quarterly commission opportunities Full benefits package Supportive team and structured training Interested?
