Position Title: Working Foreman Company Name: Pyramid Design and Construction Pay Range: $35-$45 per hour + Year-End Bonus Industry: General Construction (Commercial, Industrial) Location: Beech Grove, IN Job Overview: Pyramid Design and Construction is seeking an experienced and hands-on Working Foreman to lead field crews on high-quality commercial and industrial construction projects. This is a critical leadership role that blends technical expertise with team coordination. The ideal candidate will not only know how to build but how to teach, mentor, and motivate others while ensuring safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship on every jobsite. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and work alongside a field crew on active construction sites. Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to ensure project milestones are met. Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities. Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations. Communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and project managers. Train and mentor less-experienced crew members to develop technical skills. Monitor project progress, material usage, and equipment needs. Troubleshoot issues in real-time and implement effective solutions. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail at all phases of construction. QualificationsMinimum 10 years of hands-on construction experience, with proven leadership abilities. Strong technical knowledge of commercial/industrial construction practices. Able to effectively teach and communicate tasks to team members. Comfortable reading and interpreting construction documents and blueprints. Strong understanding of safety procedures and jobsite compliance. High School diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license.
