Design-Build Project Manager

The Work: As a Design-Build Project Manager, you will serve as the primary authority responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for Chinook’s Design-Build Line of Business. You are accountable for managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk while coordinating engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational transition activities across the full facility lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of complex mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in mission-critical and secure environments. You will work closely with internal engineering and operations staff, subcontractors, design partners, and Government or Commercial clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and in accordance with contract requirements. This position is REMOTE, and your base of operations will be your home, but you must be able to travel to client sites up to 30% of the time. The majority of our clients are in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States, especially in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
