Physical Therapist - Outpatient • About Facility: o This is a hospital affiliated outpatient therapy clinic specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy. • Department Information: o Census? Average patients/day? 10-15 patients per day. This clinic schedules 30 min intervals and dovetails patients. Complex evaluations will be 1-hour, simple evals and treatments will be 30 min. o Minimum Years of Experience required? Prefer 1 year of relevant experience o Will you accept a first-time traveler? No • Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o General orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures • Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: o Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS • Support within the Department: o This location has 2 therapists, 1 Office Coordinator and 1 Rehab Aide on site. • Technology/Equipment: o EMR: EPIC o Department specific Equipment: • Floating: If yes, where? o No • Orientation (facility and unit): o NEO o 5 days departmental • Scheduling: o Weekend rotation: No o On call? If so, what is that schedule? No o Holiday Expectations: None o RTO Requests: If participating in SimpliFi Clinical Interviewing - can we approve up to 7 days of RTO on your behalf, if traveler extends contract to accommodate?
