Key Responsibilities: MUST HAVE G-Code Mastery: Read, write, and modify G-code programs for both lathe and mill operations MUST KNOW Lathe Setup & Breakdown: Independently set up, break down, and troubleshoot CNC lathes Mill & Lathe Operation: Operate CNC mills and lathes with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Quality Control: Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow Requirements: Tenure: Several years of hands-on experience with CNC mill and lathe operations Technical Skills: Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine setup Attention to Detail: Ability to read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to support team goals ?
