Local Tractor Trailer Driver

Local Truck Driver MUST live within 30 miles of York to apply. Class A CDL truck drivers needed for local dedicated account. Drivers will be shuttling trailers between York and Strinestown. They will be taking loads up to Strinestown to drop and then picking up empty trailers to bring back down to York. Pay will be $65 per turn. Average weekly pay of $1,200 - $1,500. If for any reason, there is no more shuttle freight available, drivers will run a regular local route, which will pay out at $0.88 CPM, $50 live load/unload and $30 short haul. Schedule is SUN-THURS or TUES-SAT with nightly home time. 2nd shift is currently the only shift available at this time. Drivers must have the following for experience: 6 months OTR experience (after training) within the last 12 months OR At least 12 months in the past 5 years A newly trained CDL Driver that is currently employed as a commercial Driver with 4 months with ONE carrier with NO moving violations, no preventable accidents during the time they have held their CDL is also considered an experienced Driver Must be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL license matching your current residence Must have a stable job history with little to no unemployment Must be able to pass ALL pre-employment testing Must have a very good MVR and background No terminations from your most recent employer Full benefits package in 30 days Paid 2-day local orientation in Harrisburg Newer automatic trucks
