Maintenance I (Part-Time) Schedule at JMH: Starting Salary Range $20.34 Requirements: 1. Knowledge of the materials, methods and equipment typically used in janitorial work or general maintenance work. 2. Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions. 3. Ability to operate/drive power equipment used in maintenance. 4. Sufficient physical strength and agility to perform heavy manual labor. 5. Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to cleaning equipment. Duties: 1. Makes routine inspections and performs the necessary repairs to facilities and equipment to keep them in good working condition. 2. Performs painting duties to garages, lots and offices. 3. Scrubs garage and lot surfaces through the use of scrubber/sweeper machines and water pressure machines. 4. Remove trash from facilities. 5. Performs related duties as required.
