Collections Support Contractor Location: Austin, TX 78703 - full-time onsite Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, some flexibility offered Pay: $25/hr Duration: 1-year contract Background check required An industry leading grocer is seeking Collections Support Contractors to join their team for a 1-year contract assignment. This project will assist in updating profiles for about 800 customers and communicating expectations with customers. Additionally, you will support our collection efforts and support sending statements and payment requests to customers.
