We are growing! Bri-Mar Solutions, LLC is looking to hire a Box Truck Delivery Driver. As a small, family owned, business, we take pride in our employees. Position Overview The Box Truck Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting and delivering Commercial Dehumidifiers and Fans using a box truck under 26,000 GVWR with a gate lift. This role does not require a CDL but does require a clean driving record, strong awareness of safety practices, knowledge of Columbus (and surrounding areas) and the ability to operate the truck in tight or busy job-site environments. Key Responsibilities Operate Box Truck to haul Dehumidifiers and Fans from shop to job sites. Load and deliver following company and site safety procedures. Perform Pre-Trip Inspections including checking tires, lights, lifts, and fluid levels. Maintain Accurate Load Documentation such as daily task sheets and logs. Follow Traffic and Site Safety Rules at all times. Communicate with Dispatch regarding load status, delays, or equipment issues. Perform Basic Truck Maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and reporting mechanical concerns. Assist Crew Members when needed to support job-site operations. Qualifications Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Candidate must be 21 years or older. Experience operating a box truck or similar equipment preferred. Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb into/out of the truck, and work outdoors in varying weather. Strong understanding of safety procedures for hauling and delivering equipment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Work Environment Outdoor construction/indoor mid construction homes. Frequent driving, backing, and maneuvering in tight spaces. Exposure to dust, noise, and possibly heavy equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while driving. Ability to climb, bend, and operate dehumidifiers and fans. Ability to perform routine truck checks and minor maintenance.
