Oversee the Facilities Management and Safety Team, including maintenance staff and grounds crew. Ensure all HVAC and roofing systems are properly maintained and functioning efficiently. Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities upkeep, improvements, and safety compliance. Work closely with the pastor and business manager to coordinate budgeting, invoice records, and financial planning related to facilities. Maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively to ensure quality service delivery. Attend Mass regularly and actively participate in the faith community, supporting the mission and values of the parish. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and roofing systems. Proven experience managing multiple facilities and maintenance teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for facilities management.
