Job Summary: Leidos is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Due Diligence Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, Maryland. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers. Responsibilities Include: Support national-level intelligence and strategic issues by bringing specialized experience with a Strategic Supply Chain focus. Conduct due diligence on potential entities reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents. Analyze financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow. Evaluate operational efficiency, management structure, and internal controls. Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics identifying potential risks and opportunities, including regulatory, financial, and operational risks Prepare due diligence reports and other written materials, including Final Risk Assessments, Due Diligence Risk Records, Other products as required. Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with polygraph. BA degree and 12 15 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 10 13 years of prior relevant experience in finance, accounting, business, or related field. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements. 5-10 years of experience in due diligence, investment banking, private equity, or a related field. Current understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in due diligence. Familiarity with NIST 100-161 and K-10 fillings Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Pitch Book) Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) Professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.)
