Packaging Associate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES This position includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager and at times managing the following: Always maintain MRA Compliance. Always maintain hygiene in accordance with post-harvest activities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Report all product waste to Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager. Ensure poor quality product is separated from quality product in accordance with grow rating system and Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager is notified. Responsible for safety procedures and adherence in area of responsibility. Ensure organization of separate strains during de-budding and trimming process. Responsible for packaging finished product for storage/batching. Responsible for weighing and recording weights, then reporting to the Post-Harvest Manager. Working understanding of the METRC system. PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Ability to keep organized and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers. Ability to follow instruction and carry out necessary protocol. Ability to gather, track, and report on metrics associated with areas of responsibility.
