Job Description: The Neonatologist will be responsible for: • Providing comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU • Managing care for infants from a busy newborn nursery service • Supporting approximately 4,000 annual deliveries • Working alongside 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours • Participating in home-based night call, with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage • Performing and maintaining hands-on neonatal procedures • Collaborating within a supportive, team-oriented, collegial practice environment • Participating in mentorship and professional development (especially supportive for new graduates) • Delivering high-quality, compassionate neonatal care aligned with Pediatrix standards • This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area.
