Job Description

Contract Coordinator The Contract Coordinator will oversee assigned service lines. Maintain and grow provider network by negotiating and locating new opportunities within the network or the greater community, as needed. Monitor daily to ensure assigned service lines are compliant and in accordance with funder requirements, Agency policies & procedures, and contractual guidelines. Conduct annual provider assessment on-site and maintain all required documentation including but not limited to agreements, assessments, and corrective action documentation. Cultivate and maintain relationships by communicating with providers frequently, providing technical support. Develop and host informational trainings that are relevant and engaging to assigned service lines. Work cross departmentally to foster positive relationships and outcomes for program participants, co-workers, potential new and existing providers. Duties include: Monitor provider network for compliance and quality in accordance with contractual requirements and guidelines. Act as a liaison between the providers and various departments to resolve issues/concerns. Provide technical support, coach and train vendors to cultivate successful quality service providers and reduce compliance, quality and clinical concerns. Reviews trends, metrics and service delivery issues to identify areas for improvement, training opportunities, etc. Negotiate and recruit new providers to maintain an appropriate level of network adequacy. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 1-2 years related work experience in Contract/Vendor Management and Auditing, preferred 3-5 years of experience. Intermediate computer proficiency; including MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must be able to type 40-45 wpm. Detail oriented and be able to meet rigorous deadlines. Excellent critical thinking, communication, collaboration, negotiation, writing, organizational and interpersonal skills. Effective time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical, critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to foster and maintain open, collaborative, and constructive relationships with co-workers and AgeWays leadership to achieve departmental and operational results.
