Voyage Long-Term Care is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee operations, provide direct patient care, and ensure the facility runs smoothly during the weekends. What You'll Do: Work the floor from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, providing hands-on nursing care to residents. Oversee and support staff, ensuring quality care and efficient workflow. Dedicate 4 additional hours to supervisory tasks, including reviewing charting, managing weekend reportables, and ensuring compliance with facility policies. Act as the on-site leader, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the facility is operating effectively. Communicate with leadership regarding weekend operations and follow up on any concerns.
