Job Description:Full-Time | Outpatient Community HealthOverview We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care clinic serving a diverse and underserved patient population. This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, relationship-based medicine, and working within a supportive, mission-driven environment. The clinic operates fixed-site community locations, a mobile care program, and a resource center focused on addressing social determinants of health. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an assigned patient panel Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and coordinate follow-up care Collaborate with specialists and care teams as needed Participate in call coverage, quality initiatives, and staff meetings Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active, unrestricted California medical license Current DEA registration and BLS certification Community health or FQHC experience preferred Bilingual skills a plus Compensation $230,880 - $300,144 annually (depending on experience) Benefits 403(b) retirement plan with employer match and immediate vesting Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Paid time off and paid holidays Malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME reimbursement and paid CME time Loan repayment eligible site Required Skills: • Medicine
