We are looking for an entry-level Technical Recruiter who is curious, analytical, and excited about using AI tools, automation, and data in day-to-day recruiting. You will work closely with engineering and leadership teams to build scalable, intelligent hiring workflows not manual sourcing pipelines. Key Responsibilities AI-First Recruiting (Core Expectation) Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, resume parsers, sourcing bots, ATS automation) to: Screen resumes intelligently Generate technical screening questions Summarize candidate strengths and gaps Improve JD quality and role clarity Continuously experiment with new AI tools and workflows to reduce manual effort. Build prompts, templates, and reusable recruiting playbooks using AI. Technical Hiring Support Understand technical roles: Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, QA, DevOps Translate hiring manager requirements into clear, precise role definitions Perform initial technical screening based on skills, projects, and problem-solving ability Coordinate technical interviews and feedback loops Sourcing & Market Intelligence Source candidates using non-traditional methods (GitHub, portfolios, communities, projects not just LinkedIn) Use data to analyze sourcing effectiveness and improve funnel quality Track trends in tech skills, tooling, and hiring demand Process & Automation Help improve ATS workflows using automation and structured data Maintain clean hiring metrics (time-to-hire, quality signals, funnel drop-offs) Document and improve recruiting processes so they scale Required Skills & Background Must-Have Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset High comfort using AI tools daily (or strong curiosity to learn fast) Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and ask the right questions Clear communication and coordination skills Good to Have Exposure to software development or technical problem-solving Programming fundamentals (Python / JavaScript / Java / etc.) Hands-on project work, internships, or personal tech projects Exposure to ATS tools, sourcing platforms, or HR tech Experience using automation tools (Zapier, Make, scripts, APIs) Understanding of modern tech stacks (web, backend, data, AI) Prior internship or exposure to recruiting or people operations What We Care About (More Than Experience) Learning speed > years of experience Adaptability > traditional recruiting habits Systems thinking > manual follow-ups Curiosity > comfort If you rely only on cold LinkedIn messages and manual resume screening, this role is not for you.
