Industry-leading performance-based bonus program 100% employer-funded ESOP to all associates Traditional and Roth 401k Tuition reimbursement for associates Scholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 1-week paid volunteer leave each year 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 3 weeks of vacation 100% paid 12-week maternity leave A DAY IN THE LIFEDevelop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects Collaborate with project teams to sequence work and identify critical path activities Analyze schedule impacts related to design changes, procurement, and field conditions Maintain lookahead schedules in coordination with field leadership Prepare schedule updates and recovery plans for internal and external stakeholders Support procurement and commissioning timelines to align with overall project delivery Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios Assist with claims analysis, time extensions, and delay documentation when needed Ensure schedule accuracy through regular site visits and coordination meetings Serve as the scheduling subject matter expert for mission-critical projects NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of construction scheduling experience Direct experience scheduling data center or mission-critical projects is preferred Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project Strong understanding of onstruction sequencing and MEP-driven schedules Ability to communicate schedule risks clearly to project leadership Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings on site Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field MAKE YOUR MOVE ARCO is a premier, full-service design-build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
