Rapid Wash Manager

Rapid WashCar WashManager Rapid Wash is looking for a high energy person who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, enjoys sales, has strong customer service skills, and is accustomed working with people in a retail capacity. Managers lead the efficient and fast-paced business at all times, particularly when the General Manager is not on duty. They assist the GM in creating a work environment that is fun, engaging for the team, and that recognizes and rewards high performance. Duties: • Store management • Sales!!! • Administration (daily deposits, reporting, etc.) • Customer Service • Equipment Maintenance • Training new hires Requirements: • Able to run a shift in general manager's absence with integrity, honesty and knowledge • High energy • Superior communication skills • Management experience • Administrative & Organization skills • Basic computer skills • Must pass a criminal background check • Must possess a valid driver's license Physical Demands: • Position will require you to be on your feet all day long • Work outdoors in adverse weather conditions • Might occasionally life and/or move more than 20 pounds • Full Weekend availability/Holiday availability is a MUST Work schedule 8 hour shift Supplemental pay Other Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance 401(k) matching Referral program Employee discount Paid training
