Schedule Night and Evening Shift (Shift start times would vary from 1300, 1500, 1900). All shifts are 12 hours. Job Description The Emergency Department RN will work at a Level 3 Trauma Center, which serves as a STEMI and Stroke receiving Center. The department has 31 beds and 5 resuscitation bays, with an average daily volume of over 100 patients, including 15% pediatric cases. The position requires strong trauma experience and knowledge of the pediatric population. ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department. Conduct thorough assessments and effectively manage patient care, particularly in trauma cases. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in education and training initiatives related to pediatric care. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required. ENPC certification is preferred. Experience in trauma nursing is essential. Strong knowledge and experience with the pediatric population are necessary. Why ARMStaffing?
