Job Posting Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Personnel Assistant at the Fairfax Health Center in Fairfax, Virginia. Position Highlights: Employee status with full complement of benefits Excellent work/life balance | generous PTO Supportive working environment Position Responsibilities: Answers weekly payroll questions, contacts staff for missing information, and ensures all documentation is received Serves as a liaison for staff regarding payroll or scheduling (Kronos system) issues Investigates, documents, and helps resolve discrepancies, corrections, or adjustments Prepares HRIS forms and other staffing actions as needed Opens and distributes correspondence, as well as periodically prepares and edits correspondence Contacts field staff to collect missing documentation for credentialing, re-credentialing, payroll, and other staffing actions Works on various tasks such as filing, writing correspondence, and special projects, as needed and assigned Position Requirements: High School diploma or GED required Associates/Bachelor's degree or some college coursework preferred Advanced proficiency in various computer applications, e.g. word processing, excel spreadsheet, e-mail, database management and presentation software (to include spreadsheets, databases, slides, tables, graphs, and organizational charts) About Fairfax, VA: Fairfax, Virginia, offers activities to impress the hobby historian, avid outdoorsman, and aspiring artist!
