Construction Project Manager The client is a highly respected mid-sized general contractor based out of Oconomowoc, WI. They operate as a fully-integrated design/build firm leading to increased efficiency when it comes to project plans and the entirety of the project lifecycle. Client Overview: Revenue: $75M/year Project Size: Range from $1M to $10M on average Project Type: Mainly industrial with some mixed commercial Project Location: All local work Project Delivery: Full integrated design/build with in-house architecture and design teams Bid Style: All negotiated work Job Description Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met. Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and records for each project.
