Job Description

Marketing Specialist LHH is currently searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator for a permanent opportunity with our AEC client in the Dallas area. As a key member of their marketing department, you will assist with various marketing activities, including responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), creating marketing collateral, organizing events, and executing marketing campaigns. This is an onsite role based in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities: RFP Coordination: Assist in the preparation and submission of RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Marketing Collateral: Develop and maintain marketing materials, brochures, and presentations using Adobe InDesign. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and trade shows. Marketing Campaigns: Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to meet project deadlines and objectives. Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must. Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
