Responsibilities The Senior Ontology Expert/Project Manager oversees project execution, ensures compliance, and manages contractor deliverables. Possess the knowledge and capability to deliver project deliverables in the DoD ontology domain: Skilled at complex technical projects, particularly in ontology development, strong background in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficient in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) processes. Skilled in Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, ESRI (ArcGIS/ArcPy). Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume) A Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a closely related field -OR- A minimum of 11 year's experience managing complex technical projects, particularly in ontology development, strong background in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
