Full Time Nurse - Weekday Shifts

Location: Orchard Place Residential Campus - Des Moines, Iowa Position: Full-Time At Orchard Place, we're more than just a mental and behavioral health provider - we're a sanctuary for healing, hope, and growth. We're looking for compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team and support children and adolescents on their journey toward wellness. Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pay: LPN - $28.00 base, commensurate with experience ASN - $38.00 base, commensurate with experience BSN - $40.00 base, commensurate with experience What You'll Be Doing: Provide direct care and nursing assessments to youth in our residential program. Collaborate with families, providers, and a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Administer medications, manage health records, and support trauma-informed care. Promote a safe, healing environment focused on reducing restraints and enhancing well-being. Step in with calm and confidence during emergencies.
