Experienced Infor WMS Applications Analyst

Job Title: Applications Analyst (Infor WMS) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: On-Site - Houston, TX 77024 Pay Rate: $2,800 $3,000/wk Contract Dates: March 16, 2026 - September 30, 2027 Positions Available: 1 Position Overview Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst with strong Infor WMS expertise to support warehouse and supply chain operations for Memorial Hermann Health System. This role focuses on system configuration, integration, and analysis to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable warehouse management processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Infor WMS, hands-on SQL experience, and a strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations within an ERP-integrated environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct moderate to complex systems and process analysis within the Infor WMS environment Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and operational workflows Evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation Analyze and present historical data trends to support operational decision-making Support integrations between Infor WMS and ERP systems Provide production support, troubleshooting, and data corrections as needed Participate in on-call support rotation Technical Skills Must Have: Deep knowledge of Infor WMS configuration and administration Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, including: Inbound (receiving, putaway) Outbound (order picking, packing, shipping) Inventory Control (cycle counting, slotting, returns) Yard Management (dock scheduling) Experience integrating Infor WMS with ERP systems using: Infor ION, BODs, EDI Replenishment tools RF/mobile scanning devices Barcode and RFID technologies Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL Server) for: Querying WMS databases Developing custom reports Performing data fixes Nice to Have: Familiarity with warehouse robotic or automation systems Additional Details On Call Requirement: Yes Client Required Documents Current Resume Seasonal Flu Vaccine (or willing to get) TB Skin Test (less than 1yr) Why Protouch Staffing?
