About the RoleWe are seeking a Construction Site Coordinator to support field execution by enforcing quality standards, verifying completed work, and protecting the project schedule across multiple active renovation projects.This is a field-based role. You will be onsite daily, rotating between 35 active job sites, and will serve as the primary field enforcer of quality control and accountability. You will coordinate with scheduled subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure work is properly documented, meets established standards, and progresses according to schedule.The Construction Site Coordinator works closely with Ownership and the Project Management team to identify risks early, escalate issues promptly, and prevent idle days or downstream delays.Core ResponsibilitiesQuality Control & WalkthroughsConduct pre-start walkthroughs with subcontractorsEnforce trade-specific Quality Control Checklists in CompanyCamVisit each assigned jobsite daily to verify completed work and check off Quality Control Checklist itemsReject incomplete or non-compliant workKeep checklists open until 100% completion is verifiedPerform final walkthroughs at the completion of each tradeDocumentation & ReportingEnsure required photos and documentation are uploaded dailySubmit daily jobsite reports in BuildertrendDocument subcontractors onsite, work completed, delays, and quality issuesEscalate schedule or quality risks immediatelySchedule Oversight & CoordinationReview the Buildertrend schedule dailyEnsure subcontractors and in-house teams are onsite and preparedPrevent idle days, trade gaps, and missed handoffsIdentify material shortages early and coordinate solutionsEscalate delays before they impact downstream tradesJobsite SupportRemove obstacles preventing work from progressingCoordinate materials and supplies as neededCoordinate with internal team to prevent downtimePick up Materials as neededMeet with Vendors onsite as neededAssist in final punch lists and pre-sale readinessRole ClarificationThis is not a Site Manager or Superintendent role.This position does not:Make scope changesApprove budget decisionsNegotiate subcontractor pricingModify project schedules independentlyDirect architectural or design decisionsAll scope, budget, and high-level decisions remain with the Project Management team.What Success Looks LikeSchedules stay on track because risks are identified earlySubcontractors respect the process and meet expectationsQuality Control Checklists are 100% complete and photo-documentedOwnership receives clear, proactive communication not reactive updatesProjects move forward without preventable idle days or reworkNo work is approved without full verification and documentationIdeal CandidateFluent in Spanish (Required)Minimum 2 years of construction or remodeling experienceComfortable using mobile apps and project management softwareExtremely detail-oriented and disciplined in following systemsComfortable working within a structured environment that requires strict adherence to daily checklists and documentation standardsStrong communication skills and confident holding subcontractors accountableHighly organized and capable of managing 35 projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAbility to identify issues early and escalate appropriatelyWork EnvironmentField-based role (onsite daily)Manage 34 active projects concurrentlyMinimum 5 days per week onsiteMust be comfortable walking active construction sitesMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrainMust be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsUse mobile phone or tablet for reportingValid Texas drivers license and reliable transportation requiredCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $60,000-65,000 based on experience Performance Bonus (Paid Monthly): Up to $12,000 $18,000 annually based on measurable performance and tenure in the role.
