Southwest Florida | Full-Time Earth Tech Enterprises is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Estimator/Site Development Estimator to support our growing Heavy Civil division in Southwest Florida. This role prepares accurate, competitive bids for civil construction and sitework projects.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for civil construction and site development projects Perform quantity takeoffs from civil drawings, blueprints, and specifications Estimate and price labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and trucking Develop budgets and analyze production rates, construction methods, and project sequencing Review bid documents, plans, and specifications to identify scope gaps and risk Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid reviews, and project turnover to operations Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction Project Experience May Include Mass grading and earthwork Underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage) Roadway construction and site infrastructure Drainage systems and stormwater management Concrete flatwork, curb & gutter, retaining walls Commercial and residential site development Qualifications 3+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction or site development Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, and underground utility construction Ability to read and interpret civil plans, blueprints, and bid documents Experience with estimating software (such as HCSS, Viewpoint, HeavyBid, Procore, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Why Join Earth Tech Enterprises Established heavy civil and marine contractor in Southwest Florida Steady pipeline of site development and infrastructure projects Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-paid life insurance Long-term career growth opportunities Apply today and help shape the projects that build Southwest Florida! #zr
