Primary Responsibilities: Surgical Assistance:Greet, seat and prepare the patients for procedures. Take and document vital signs, medical histories, and give post-op instructions. Provide patient education and answer any questions with empathy and clarity. Radiology:Take digital radiographs including CBCT's when needed. Instrument and Operatory Maintenance:Sterilize and organize instruments and supplies. Clean and reset rooms between patients. Team Support:Communication with the front office, billing, and other clinical staff for seamless patient flow. Support inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies. Compliance:Follow OSHA, CDC, and practice-specific infection control protocols at all times. Education:High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Dental Assistant Certification or Oral Surgery Assistant training ( Preferred, but not required- training available). Experience:Prior dental, or surgical assisting experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate! Comfort with patient care, aseptic technique and EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
