Job Description:Happy Health is seeking a detail-oriented VOB and Credentialing Specialist to join our telehealth organization. This position is responsible for verifying patient insurance benefits prior to services and managing provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes across multiple states with both large national payers and small regional insurance networks. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating the complexities of multi-state telehealth credentialing and ensure accurate benefit verification to minimize claim denials while maintaining current provider enrollment with all applicable payers nationwide.Responsibilities:Contact payers to verify patient eligibility and anticipated patient financial responsibilitiesDocument all VOB findings in CRM for distribution to patientObtain Pre-Authorizations and create superbills as neededAssist in and complete credentialing applications for new clinicians and/or existing clinicians as new agreements are signedNavigate portals for national payers as well as small regional payersUpdate provider information with payers as neededUpdate and maintain CAQH profiles for cliniciansOther duties as assignedQualifications:Strong attention to detail and experience with insurance verification processesExcellent communication skills via email, text, and phone callsExperience with multi-state credentialing processes and telehealthStrong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentialityFamiliarity with multiple EMR and CRM systems Ability to work independently in a remote environmentMust reside in the United StatesHappy Health is an equal opportunity employer.
