Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive bid proposals. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary project details. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and compliance. Maintain a database of material, labor, and equipment costs for reference in future projects. Identify and mitigate potential project risks related to cost estimation. Provide ongoing support during the project lifecycle, including cost tracking and adjustments as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure competitive pricing.
