Role Title: Lead Dentist Compensation: $800 - $2,000 / day Employment Type: Full-time Location: 1763 Union St. San Francisco, CA The Role Rinse Dental is a four-operatory, associate-led dental practice. As Lead Dentist, you'll have full clinical autonomy, leading the care for over 2,000 active patients (and growing). We are in-network for Delta Dental and fee-for-service for all other plans. Key Responsibilities Deliver an array of clinical servicesincluding fillings, inlays/onlays, crowns, simple extractions, orthodontics (invisible aligners), cosmetic procedures (like veneers and whitening), and emergency care. Perform comprehensive exams, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health and care options. Manage multiple treatment rooms and maintain a productive, balanced schedulecovering hygiene checks, operative care, same-day treatment, and emergency visits. Drive production by completing full treatment plans efficiently while maintaining uncompromising quality and patient experience. Lead and mentor dental assistants, collaborating closely with hygienists to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. Partner with studio and operational leadership to achieve production goals, uphold clinical excellence, and continuously improve workflows.
