Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program. This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected senior or recently graduated students. The program will run from June 1 to August 7. Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule. Additionally, participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged. The application window is open until March 15, 2026; however, it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented A Series Smartphone Analyst Intern to join our team in Plano, TX. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the analysis and optimization of the A Series smartphone product line. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making. The Smartphone Product Management team drives product planning, category management, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and lifecycle management for Galaxy Smartphones in the US market. Supporting SEA leadership, Carrier & Retail account teams, cross-functional GTM teams, and the Suwon-based product planning and product management organizations. This team leads a cross-functional effort to author & drive GTM strategy for new product launches and own product positioning & value proposition for the US Market based on a deep understanding of US market trends, competitor strategies, consumer insights, and other market research. Key Responsibilities: Analyze the non-premium smartphone portfolio to understand market dynamics, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape. Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative research to assess purchase intent, key buying factors, and the impact of limited marketing and brand awareness on features, pricing, and promotions. Develop actionable strategies to maximize the A Series smartphone portfolio, including recommendations for differentiation between prepaid and postpaid market segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies to senior management. Skills and Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field. Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development. Ability to compile, understand, and organize large datasets to derive meaningful insights. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies is a plus.
